Given that buying a home is the largest financial decision a person can make, it’s wise to educate yourself on the common processes and on some red flags. In this video, Joel reviews an EPRO teammates recent home project and the various electrical elements in a home inspection that should and shouldn’t cause alarm, or at least consideration.
