Congressional Earmarks are Back as Community Project Funding Requests

Since Congressional earmarks came back in 2021, 220 House Democrats have submitted 2,338 earmarks for $4.6 Billion dollars. Additionally, 104 House Republicans submiitted 971 earmarks totaling $4.7 Billion. Watch as Sharyl Attkisson interviews Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis) and Rep. Scott Perry (R-CA) for differing perspectives.
