Police Respond To Help Christian Hall Who Is Suicidal - They End Up Killing Him To Help Him

How many times do cops kill people asking for help? Legally this shooting will justified and cleared. I personally think the cops are pussies, panicked and just wanted to shoot. It is an epidemic on cops killing people because they can, not because they had to or had no other options.
