Sunday within the Octave of Christmas St Steven’s Day

This Mass is celebrated by Father Gerard Hogan retired SSPX. Father has shattered right ankle due to a serious automobile accident years ago that never healed properly because of a dormant strep infection in the bones which flares up and causes him severe pain and illness and his left hip has basically dissolved due to years of overcompensation because of the right ankle. Father remains in good spirits and is ever ready with his wit and wisdom. I know for a fact he offers up all his pain and suffering for the sanctification of our community that has been entrusted to his care.
Please pray for Father Hogan that God gives him a respite from his suffering, better health, and an ever richer spiritual life (hard to imagine).
