About 7 years ago, Dianne suffered a brain bleed that literally killed her. Fortunately, she survived but had to rebuild her life from scratch. Now Dianne is on a mission to make sure that no one else has to face death before they realize what really matters in their life. Dianne has spent the last 7 years, studying and practicing how to be a Type A but live a productive, mindful, balanced, and joyous life truly worth living.
Dianne is a Life Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Certified Applied Positive Psychology practitioner, stress and anxiety strategist, Group Exercise Instructor, and single mother of 2 teenaged children. Dianne works with professionals who are lost in the chronic stress and busyness of the everyday and helps them to live a mindful, healthy, life truly worth living. Dianne has over 20 years of experience managing teams in high tech. Additionally, her 20+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry addressing topics ranging from fitness training and coaching to stress management and mindfulness has brought her a unique and signature perspective on how she helps her clients. Through her work, she helps her clients to be empowered to begin to live a life of clear priorities, purpose, balance and abundance.
