War in Ukraine: Child dies in besieged city where food and water has been 'cut off'

Ukraine's president has said the Russian bombardment of his country is like something from World War II after a child died from dehydration in the besieged city of Mariupol.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims Russia has surrounded the port and has "deliberately cut off the water supply and food supply" as well as electricity.
