U.S. Built Bioweapon Labs in Ukraine

Not only did a pending Ukraine/NATO alliance threaten Russia and all of the billions of dollars of weapons that NATO moved into Ukraine during 2020-2022, so too did the 11 U.S. bioweapon (BSL-4) labs that were built there. Technological breakthroughs in biological weapons development now permits mad scientists to create what they call "race specific" weapons, which could target Russians based upon their DNA profile. The same sort of weapons could also be deployed against the American people.
