CDC Director says They Hoped it would Work

From the great folks at Info Wars comes this clip from the director of the CDC saying how they had hoped these experimental shots would work? They basically had no idea and as we know the Safe & Effective was just a slogan. They had no idea but yet still proceeded to mandate and force it on everyone. Destroying lives and livelihoods and friends and family because they hoped. I wonder how things would have went if they were open and honest about it from the get go?!?
