NATO History Lesson

Shortly after the Reagan/Gorbachev Summit that had relaxed tensions between the US and Russia, wars broke out in Yugoslavia which lead to the breakup into individual republics that Clinton and NATO got involved in the civil wars which eventually lead to those republics joining NATO in violation of the Regan/Gorbachev Summit agreements.
History repeating in Ukraine and Putin doesn't like it.
