First grader reading Pete the Cat book

My daughter is 6 years old and is in "first" grade. I put quotations around first because I don't do grade levels. But I know most people do, so for simplicity I included it.

My daughter is so proud of herself, now that she's able to read books from the library! She loves that she is capable and I'm proud of her for how far she's come. Just a few months ago she was reading BOB books and now she can read library books!
