NO BLM MULLIGAN IN RUSSIA

White people let criminals who happen to be black break laws with no consequence. Cause blacks don't know how to get an ID , use a computer, or get a lawyer...progressive whites have coddled them. But someone near Siberia...they don't play that. They will hold black folks like all folks responsible for their actions.
