INGREDIENTS :

300 Grams Spiral Pasta
54 Grams Chopped Celery Stalk
83 Grams Chopped Green Bell Pepper
100 Grams Chopped Red Bell Pepper
250 Grams Imitation Crab Sticks
66 Grams Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS :

.Boil 250 grams imitation crab stick for 3 to 5 minutes
.Once cooked chop Crab sticks into smaller pieces
.Cook 300 grams spiral pasta until soft
.Once pasta is cooked rinse with cold water
.In a mixing bowl add 300 grams spiral pasta
.add 100 grams chopped red bell pepper, 83 grams chopped green bell pepper
.add 66 grams chopped onion, 54 grams chopped celery and mix together
.add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
.add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper and mix together
.Add 250 grams imitation crab sticks, 1 tablespoon dried parsley
.mix together and serve
