Here Yuval Noah Hariri, a gay Israeli atheist whom we have met previously on this channel, speaks at the 50th Annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in 2020 at Davos, Switzerland about his vision of a new "useless class", which he ties to "irrelevance". If you are "irrelevant" you are by his definition "useless" to the economic and political system, which is controlled by the "ever more powerful elite".

Bear in mind that Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, Pierre Poilievre, Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin all belong to his votaries; the useful "ever more powerful elite" class Hariri infers.
