For some it is easy to judge others when it comes to certain types if sin, but when it comes to gluttony, they themselves see no problem with it. Most people are overweight because they can not control their appetite. When we kill ourselves with drugs, alcohol, smoking and crime there are people that tries to fight it and bring awareness of it. But did you know that most people today kill themselves with food...As a Christian, your body is not your own, it is the temple of God and you need to take care of it. Is gluttony a sin? Yes it is.
