What does it mean to be vulnerable??

It does NOT mean weak.
It does NOT mean fearful.
It does NOT mean your a pushover or soft.

It does mean honesty.
I does mean strength.
It does mean courageous.
It does mean your able to withstand the blows and the embarrassment with a smile 😊

Redefining this word for men will improve lives and save countless others. When men can embrace being vulnerable and be honest about they might feel, they can start to process these often locked up and potentially harmful feelings.

The ripple effect of this acceptance is:
A better life for you.
A better life and example for your kids.
A better life for your partner and your family as a whole.

Not to mention the example you show your community. To be vulnerable right now, is one of the strongest acts you can choose.
