台灣營養師程涵宇提醒:養胃顧胃不一定是一定要吃什麼、補什麼,而是傷胃的事情不要做。
▲胃食道逆流發作,9種食物應避免攝取
在胃食道逆流發作的時候,以下9種食物,一定避開:
1、巧克力:會使下食道括約肌放鬆。
2、油膩食物(油條、爆米花、披薩、薯條、冰淇淋):讓食物消化變慢,減少下食道括約肌壓力,造成逆流的風險增加。
3、柑橘類水果(橘子、柚子、檸檬):柑橘類水果和番茄等酸性水果會引起胃食道逆流。
4、辛辣食物:食道黏膜直接刺激,吃愈辣影響愈大。
5、生大蒜及生洋蔥:出現胃灼熱症狀。
6、酸的食物(鳳梨、番茄):直接食道黏膜刺激。
7、薄荷:使下食道括約肌放鬆。
8、糖跟過多澱粉:發酵過程已被證明可誘導神經激素釋放和下食道括約肌鬆弛,這可能導致胃灼熱。
9、碳酸飲料:使下食管括約肌鬆弛。
