Pagdaong sa Talisay, a WW2 Memorial on Cebu

Early November 2018, Bob, Bryan and I had the idea to fly around the WW2 Memorial "Pagdaong sa Talisay", the landing point, where the US troops landed on Cebu, in order to liberate the island from Japanese occupation.
