Jussie Smollett Sentenced to 5 Months in Jail for Hate Crime Hoax

Jussie Smollett who was convicted for falsifying a police report, faking a hate crime, and who also perjured himself on the stand, was sentenced today to 5 months in county jail, pay $120,000 restitution back to the city of Chicago, and pay a $25,000 fine.
