Russia: The US are overseeing 100s of laboratories throughout the world

Russia's UN Envoy Vasily Nebenzya: "The biological threats because of its very nature knows no borders. There is no region in the world who can feel safe. The US are overseeing 100s of laboratories in about 30 countries in the Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, and also on the parameter of the former USSR, placing it under international verification is something that Washington is categorically refusing to do."
