Beginning Algebra 02: Fractions, Linear Equations, and Inequalities

Part two of beginning algebra. This class is usually taught in middle school, but I'm adding a bit more flavor added in from abstract algebra, number theory, real and complex analysis, and whatever other math I can remember.
