Dover Hydraulic Elevators @ 3 Executive Boulevard - Yonkers, New York

Recorded on 10/7/21 one year ago from today! These are some 1980's Dover Impulse Elevators. These elevators have plastic over all of the buttons which is absolutely pointless. All of those germs that would go onto those buttons are still on the panel. What does this building think they are accomplishing by doing this?
