3 packages unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup cold water divided in half
1 ½ cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp lemon extract
2 tsp raspberry powder (crushed / strained freeze dried fruit)
Confectioners sugar for dusting
Cornstarch for dusting
Cooking spray
Food coloring
