1. It is the seventeenth day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion. Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The enemy began to attack the city. Podil is the center of ancient architecture, the largest UNESCO heritage. This morning, the Russian Nazis encroached upon it as well. 2. The occupier continues ruthlessly destroying the cities and villages of Ukraine. Russian bombs have been destroying the ancient city of Chernihiv in northern Ukraine for two weeks in a row.

The Russian military is shelling Chernihiv from hail system and artillery, dropping bombs from planes. 3. Meanwhile, in the occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhia region, several thousand locals went to a rally against the Russian military, who had kidnapped the city mayor the day before.

The mayor Ivan Fedorov was caught by the occupiers just in the city crisis center. The occupiers put a black plastic bag on his head and drove him away. The moment of the kidnapping was recorded by a video surveillance camera. His location is currently unknown and he is out of reach.

4. Donald Tusk put shame on the countries that are concerned with sanctions using a photo of an armed little girl from Ukraine, that he posted on his Twitter.
The Polish politician, former head of the European Council, reminded that the war is going on and that the Russian occupiers are killing Ukrainians every day and destroying civilian cities and villages.

"Just don't tell her please that tougher sanctions would be too expensive for Europe" - tweeted Donald Tusk.
