KENOSHA, Wis. - The gun Kyle Rittenhouse used to shoot three people in Kenosha, killing two of them, has been destroyed,

The rifle was destroyed by the Wisconsin State Crime Lab.

The gun had been in police custody since the shootings.

Rittenhouse said he wanted the gun destroyed.

Technically, Dominick Black is the owner of the gun that he bought for Rittenhouse.

Richards said one of the reasons they wanted it destroyed is because they didn't want Black to sell the gun and profit.
