Nova Scotia mass shooting inquiry to hear from gunman’s partner

Nearly two years ago, a gunman on a shooting rampage in Portapique, N.S. killed 22 people.

The public inquiry examining that tragedy will resume at the end of March and will hear from three RCMP officers who responded.

Commissioners also plan to call the gunman’s partner. Lawyers for the victims’ families say it’s crucial she tell the commission everything she saw and heard.

But as Ross Lord reports, experts say her testimony is only one piece of the enormous body of evidence being collected.
