Computers are vulnerable to interference & attack yet SoS Evnen maintains computers aren't the problem!

Experts say election computers & systems are vunerable to cyber attacks yet the Sec. of State says the ES&S machines are not the problem.

Col. Smith had described how election machine hardware and components are made overseas, some made in China. Based on his knowledge of the millions of attacks on the military, energy and other areas. Computer systems are vulnerable.

Yet after all that discussion Secretary of State Evnen still affirms these machines are not connected to the internet and were built and assembled not to be connect to the internet by ES&S and he believes this is true!
