John Sexton from HotAir reports, Mohammad Anwar, a delivery driver, lost his life in Washington, DC last April during a carjacking. Two girls aged 13 and 15 tried to take his car and wound up flipping it on top of him. Two nights ago, another senseless carjacking took place in DC and another man was killed after being run over by his own car.
