Earthquake Explains why the DC Jury Pool Cannot Work for January 6th Trials

I love comedy and fully support Earthquake's right to poke fun at anything.

There is, however, an old proverb which states: The truth is told in jokes.

If your mother were on trial for murder, would you want people who belly laugh at the death penalty on her jury? The answer is no.

If your father were a January 6th Defendant, would you want people who belly laugh at the idea of the Capitol Police executing him on the jury? The answer is no.

As such, any perspective juror that laughs at this joke should be disqualified from the jury pool.
