Ukrainian Army militants hit center of Donetsk with tactical missile. Multiple civilian casualties

A Tochka-U tactical missile fired by Ukrainian Army militants was almost shot down over the center of Donetsk. Some of the cassette munitions carried in this missile did fall on Universitetskaya Street and near the DPR government house. At least 20 civilians were killed and 28 wounded.

This is the definitely one of the worst war crime for the whole 8 years of war in Donbass since 2014.
