Black Earth: The Holocaust as False History and Gentile Warning - part 8: the Exhaust Camps

Now we get to the institutions of murder, and here I address the pure death camps in Poland, Chelmno and the three Operation Reinhard camps (Treblinka, Sobibor, Belzec), where Raul Hilberg estimated up to 1.7M jews were put to death. In all of these camps the agent of death was engine exhaust, specifically carbon monoxide, and at Chelmno the facilities were the notorious gas vans. Snyder glosses over this critical aspect of the Holocaust story, of course, but we do need to delve into this further, which I do here. This second part includes an extended piece of Claude Lanzmann's Shoah, and that featuring Hilberg himself.
