In this video i show you how i make Protein Pancakes

Recipe:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2/3 cup liquid egg whites
1 table spoon ground flax seed

blend ingredients and pour in to frying pan, use non stick cooking spray and cook over med heat till done, top with honey or what ever topping you like and enjoy!
