Testing Out Different Frame Rates On A Windy Day

I have been interested in trying to make more cartoonish looking videos or more cinematic looking videos and a lot of that has to do with frame rates. I figured if I was going to make a test video, I might as well publish it and try to make a little money and maybe somebody else can learn from my video.
