Info from Licensor: "My oldest son was playing his Oculus. I asked the toddlers to come pick up toys with me. One followed, my youngest son didn't. Instead, he was watching tv while walking, and wandered into his brother while playing Gorilla Tag. I only heard the smack, but he's ok and his brother is not in trouble. He felt so bad."
