This is a 2001 Thomas Freightliner SAF-T-LINER FS-65 With the 7.2L CAT 3126 I6 Turbodiesel engine 210hp (1994-2005) This is equipped with the Allison 2000 Automatic Transmission. The transmission is 5 speeds only because the bus & the children can be safer. This is a truck chassis converted to a School Bus chassis against the FL series trucks. This runs on Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Only & Does NOT Come equipped with the D.E.F. Fluid. This also comes with the Wheelchair Lift because it is a Special Education bus for classification. This is a single turbocharged diesel. This is included with the Exterior Light Monitor. It helps monitor the lights of the exterior side of the bus. The power doors were included with the bus.
