Master Mode Flashpoint Soap Box (Max Rank ONLY!)

Ever since the Legacy of the Sith update, for SWTOR, players have been chasing after the max item rating. Endgame isn't easy and some may think that flashpoints are the best way to get gear. However, Master Mode Flashpoints is destroy at times due to level 70 to 79 players are able to join. This shouldn't be happening and needs to be changed. Here's my soap box.
