What Are the "Majic Projects"?

Our government has long been involved with what they call "alien" lifeforms. For those of us that have studied scripture, we know better. They aren't aliens, but fallen angels (with very superior knowledge) that can and do deceive our leaders. Even Obama gave a hat tip to their disclosure in one of his later speeches.
