"I'm Working With Another Agent"

We all hear "I'm already working with another agent." Most inexperienced agents will see that as a reason to end the conversation. However, when fully understanding why they are using that reason: that they don't really know who they are talking to, we use this as leverage to inform the client of how things work, and then build trust with them. You will soon find out that the "agent" will no longer be in the picture.
