The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is the federal agency that is responsible for overseeing public service media networks. It gets an annual budget of about $850 Million dollars a year and is made up of 5 international broadcasters. Combined, they have an audience of 315 Million foreigners a week. It's broadcast in 70 languages. So, how can it be so biased to the left?
