Onikuma X10 Pro Gaming Headset

I got the X10 Pro from the Onikuma website. Lately I have been trying to avoid Amazon as much as possible. The reason is simple, there have been more than 4 times when I ordered something from Amazon expecting a NEW item only to have an item that was previously opened, box taped packaging, dirty items etc. So whenever I can I will be avoiding Amazon and going directly to the manufacturers website.
