Pray Big Things - Part 2 with Guest Julia Jeffress Sadler

When Julia Jeffress Sadler was told she was pregnant with triplets, she was terrified! She had already endured the pain of three miscarriages the previous year and was worried that something could happen. On today’s edition of Family Talk, Julia reveals that Psalm 30, verse 9 became her prayer during that season. The author of "Pray Big Things" echoed King David’s worry. “What is gained if I am silenced, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it proclaim Your faithfulness?” After initially going into labor at 23 weeks and spending 49 days on bed rest, Julia successfully delivered her three healthy babies.

Julia Jeffress Sadler is a licensed professional Christian counselor, conference speaker, and host of a new podcast, "Unapologetic with Julia Jeffress Sadler." She is also an author and the director of Next Generation Ministries at the 13,000-member First Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas. The church is led by her father, Dr. Robert Jeffress. After suffering three miscarriages in one year, God blessed Julia and her husband, Ryan, with triplets. Her clinical training, biblical foundation, “pastor's kid” upbringing and sense of humor provide a fresh perspective on cultural topics. Julia and her family live in Dallas, Texas.
