Ruins of a Texas Honky Tonk

The Mermaid Club in Johnson City, TX was opened in the 1960s and we believe survived until the 1970s. It burned down sometime in the 1970s. If you have any information about it, please let us know. We would like to have pictures and stories and pay tribute to the history of what was here as much as possible.
