Options trading is not for the faint of heart, it can be very lucrative or can ruin you.

The options trading wheel strategy is one of the most basic and productive ways to start learning how to do options.

You sell an option to purchase 100 shares called a cash secured puts, this is where you secure your money as collateral for the 100 shares you purchased the option to buy, so make sure you pick a price wisely.

If you get assigned the shares you can then turn around and sell a covered call, which is the option to sell those shares at a price you set, make sure you pick a price where you don’t lose money.
