The Fire of Judgment vs. the Furnace of Affliction

Isaiah
48:10
: "Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction."
This message examines the refining furnace of affliction of Isaiah 48 that all God's saints are called to encounter in order to be conformed to Christ, in contrast to the fire of judgment to perdition and damnation pictured n Isaiah 47, to which the unredeemed are destined -- along with the annhililative judgment of fire that is coming to America for its rebellion.
