Bitcoin Consensus try changing the code

When talking about #bitcoin you need to thinsk about consensus. This is where the network has to agree to anychanges made. No just made by one person or one entity but a consensus of the developers that work on the network. If consensus is not met a HARDFORK could happen and produce a new coin like BCH or Bitcoin CASH.
