The Sons of God and the Ark of Salvation - The Ark: Shut In or Shut Out

Part 2 of a 2 of a two-part exposition of Peter's obsevation in 1 Peter ch. 3 that Noah's Ark was a type or figure of the salvation that we have in Christ Jesus. Having explained in Part 1 what Peter meant by the Spirit's preaching "unto the spirits in prison...", here in Part 2 we first explain why the "sons of God" in Genesis ch. 6 COULD NOT have been, as some believe, fallen angelic beings that allegedly mated with human women; and then we go on to show the many ways that Noah's Ark serves as a figure of the great salvation we have in Christ.
