Autogynephilia is by far the most common cause of male-to-feminine transition in the West. But it is much more common even than that, since an unknown number of men suffer from it but hide it. Unfortunately, today, too many therapists apply the 'affirmation' model, which suggests that any man complaining of Autogynephilia must 'transition'. That is a terrible idea, for most men.
