JKD NEVER WASTE A MOVE !!!

When training with the Century Martial Arts training dummy "BOB" we decided to demonstrate JKD's principle of "Economy Of Motion". On the premise that we were being close enough to our imaginary attacker Ray iniatiated a "Pekiti Tirsia Kali" Bicep Attack to the carotid artery area upon his return he then executed an strike to the back of the head ( brain stem ), then launched a rear straight palm strike to the face following up with at lead hook elbow strike to the mandible area, while finishing up with a back-handed chop to either the throat or carotid artery area as he retreats.
