Lymphedema basics- what is it? how to treat it? and what you can do...!

Do you struggle with swelling? Have you heard of lymphedema but has been curious about what it is? Is lymphedema totally new to you? Have no fear! I will answer all your burning questions about lymphedema and some just lightly smoldering questions too. I'll walk you through what it is, how we treat and manage it, and some things you can do outside of compression to help manage swelling.
