A transgender woman just before they turned 18 went into the women's restroom of a Denny's and purulently assaulted a ten year old. But it isn't the first time - it's happened before. So what does the prosecutor think the appropriate penalty is for this multiple time child purulent assaulter? How about probation (!). Wow. Way to go California ...
