There are rules man. You can't just do anything you want because you really want to government :) . As for the editing, I took some elements from other edits I liked. Principally, I put lo-fi music as a very soft backing track. I am not sure if it is the right volume, but I like the overall concept. I also added music to the logo and the outro. It's all licensed, so no copyright issues (hopefully!). Not still 100% on the whole "color of law" thing - but until I think of something better ....
